Mental Health First Aid is a course that teaches you how to identify and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges or crises in others.
Pre-work: A 2-hour self-paced session must be completed online prior to class.
Registration Options: NAMI Eastside offers the course at no cost, but we invite participants who have the capacity to support our programs by helping to cover costs. Please select a registration option that works for you.
