Mental Health First Aid - April 2024

Mental Health First Aid is a course that teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis.

Pre-work: There is a 2 hour self study portion which needs to be completed at least 3 days prior to the class.

Where: In-Person at The Together Center

When: April 27 and 28, 2024 10am - 3pm.

NAMI Eastside offers all of our programs at no cost to participants. We invite folks who have the capacity to support our programs by Paying it Forward or Covering the Cost of providing our Mental Health First Aid classes. Please select a registration cost that makes the most sense for you.
